JJ Jonex reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are supervised by a guardian.
Products & Orders
All products are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel any order if the product is unavailable or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled.
Payments
Payments must be made in full before dispatch.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and bank transfer.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed until confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned goods.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customized or clearance items are non-returnable.
Liability
JJ Jonex will not be liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from improper use of our products.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar, Punjab (India).
