At JJ Jonex, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Customized, clearance, or discounted items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Contact our support team via phone or email to initiate a return request.

Our team will provide instructions and arrange for pickup (if available) or request you to ship the product back.

Once received, our quality check team will inspect the product.

If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.

In case of prepaid orders, partial refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment source.
Replacements/Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

If the desired replacement is not available, we will process a full refund.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos for verification.
